Kactus Creek is the perfect place to host your Party, Reception, Team Building or Fund Raiser event. We can accommodate groups from 4 to 120 with covered facilities adjacent to the court. Because Kactus Creek does not provide any food or beverage service, you are able to bring your own refreshments making any event affordable on any budget.
You are welcome to bring your own food, several vendors in the area deliver or you can have specialty caterers come to create that tailored like you desire.

Small Groups (4 to 8) Our offering allows to up to 8 individuals to come and play during OPEN PLAY $10 per person for 2 hours We teach and instruct everyone in your group and provide all the necessary equipment. * Special arrangements for Small Groups can be made by request.
Group Event
Group Event of any size offers exclusive club privileges. We teach and instruct everyone in your group and provide all the necessary equipment.
Weekday Afternoons starting at $250 Week Nights starting at $175 (15 people) Weekends starting at $250 (20 people)
$10 per person for each additional attendee * Call with your group's size and requirements to get an accurate quote.
Group Time Time slots are by request only. They usually are for Saturday and Sunday afternoons only from 2pm-4pm.
A maximum of 4 groups at any time slot so there is plenty of play time. Drinks are not provided. You are able to bring your beverage of choice along with any food or snacks. Please drink responsibly!
